Academic Office

  • Maintain and update College Management System for academic programmes.
  • Monitor student attendance and handle follow-up actions for poor attendance.
  • Process students’ requests: add drop subjects, forecast results and reference letters.

Human Resources 

  • End to end process of recruitment. Co-ordinate and arrange interviews.
  • Manage on-boarding of new staff.
  • Maintain and update HR system and staff files.
  • Other administrative functions related to human resources.


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field of study.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English.
  • Possess at least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
  • Friendly and able to communicate with students and colleagues.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday with alternate Saturday


Salary and terms of service will commensurate with qualification and experience.
