POSITION-  Admin & Operations Executive

 

JOB SCOPE
Executive position in the Admin & Operations Department is assisting the various functions as the office administrator, handling of purchasing, vendors’ agreements, coordinating of tasks with Facilities Supervisor, Assistant to Manager.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. To undertake office administrator role, update of records, report writing, update statistics, handling stakeholders.
  2. To handle both contracted and non-contracted contractors such as, air-conditioner photocopier, vending machine, security.
  3. To perform sourcing, price negotiation, purchasing and liaison with suppliers and vendors.
  4. To undertake internal & external facilities booking, coordination of repairs, and arrangement with Facilities Supervisor.
  5. To perform Ad-Hoc assignments by the College's Management.

 

Requirements:

  • At least three years of related experience.
  • Able to work in a team, problem-solving, good interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Computer savvy, familiar with Microsoft office.
  • Mature, commitment to learning and development.
